Advanced Equipment & Patented Processes for the
NEXT-GEN METAL CONTAINERS
INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS
Reinstate Inventory:
Transform pre-consumer non-sellable containers due to graphic or internal coating issues into premium assets with our groundbreaking patented technologies.

Any Size, Any Shape:
Slash tooling costs, eliminate internal damage, fast-track changeovers to maximize uptime and total flexibility. Our entire equipment lineup is engineered with lean part holders that guarantee zero interior surface contact.

Hard-to Hold Ready:
Protect your brand and your bottom line. With CanSealing’s proprietary internal coating process, safely package "hard-to-hold" functional beverage or PHC products without risking rapid pitting or corrosion.

Digital Printing:
Empower your brand like never before with our patent-pending digital printing technologies: Print anywhere from Dome to Neck and add digital 3D graphics, including Braille. It is disruptive revolution.

TAILORED SOLUTIONS
CIRCULARITY ALIGNMENT
Front-End Fix for a Back-End Problem:

The industry's circularity investment is almost entirely focused on the post-consumer side — deposit return schemes, sorting infrastructure, consumer education. Leading canmakers are founding members of the Global Beverage Can Circularity Alliance, targeting 80% recycling rates by 2030 and near 100% by 2050.
But there's a gap no current circularity investment addresses: pre-consumer spoilage. Every can scrapped for Graphics obsolescence, defects, or Internal Coating coverage failures is a circularity failure — aluminum that exits the supply chain before it ever reaches a consumer, with zero chance of recovery through any existing recycling channel.
CanSealing attacks the front end of the loop. A converted spoilage can becomes a sold, consumed, and recyclable unit — entering the circular economy for the first time rather than bypassing it entirely. That's a measurable, reportable contribution to your stated 2030 commitments.

No new aluminum coil consumed. No incremental carbon footprint. Volume growth that's additive to sustainability KPIs, not a trade-off against them.

Cycle before Recycle!

The CanSealing Process:

01 INDENTIFY
Cans flagged for scrap due to Graphics obsolescence, print defects, or Internal Coating coverage failures are diverted into the CanSealing workflow instead of the waste stream.

02 CANSEALING
The CanSealing process removes existing overvarnish and decor - if required by Brand Owners but not mandatory, resprays the outside with an industry standard overvarnish with proprietary additives, reapplies internal coating to create a blank can.

03 BLANK CAN
The new blank can is ready for an adhesive label and/or digital print. Our overvarnish is a superior digital ink adhesion substrate — enabling sharp, flexible decoration including 3D graphics.

04 SELL
Cans exit as high-margin revenue — each unit now entering the consumer recycling loop rather than bypassing it entirely as scrap.
